The Silvestre Project is situated in the Pocitos neighborhood of Montevideo. The building is surrounded by an abundance of services and conveniences including upscale boutiques, trendy cafes, Universities, supermarkets, gyms, pharmacies, beautiful parks and a variety of cuisine options. These local amenities create a vibrant, dynamic, and convenient lifestyle for residents. The Silvestre Project revitalizes the vintage 1958 residential building by modernizing the structure to meet contemporary living standards while preserving its historical and urban essence. By maintaining original features such as the woodwork and monolithic floors, and introducing functional and aesthetic enhancements, the project strikes a balance between the old and the new.
